Step 1
Call Xpress Roofing Company to schedule a free roof inspection as well as siding and gutters. We will look out for any signs of hail, wind or other storm related damage.
Step 2
If we find enough storm damage we will then enter in an agreement to work with your insurance company to file a claim with your carrier.
Step 3
Contact us once the adjuster sets up an inspection date so that we may be there to ensure you get a fair assessment of your damage.
Step 4
Once damages are inspected we will then come to an agreement with your carrier in how your property will be restored.
Step 5
The adjuster will then send you the estimate agreed upon in which we will need a copy to ensure the damages have been fairly evaluated and accurately reported.
Step 6
Once the estimate is finalized you will receive the first payment from the insurance which will be signed over to Xpress Roofing, LLC along with your deductible payment and any upgrades if applicable. We will then pick out your shingle, siding and or gutter colors. We will then schedule a date for your Installation and begin the scope of work.
Step 7
After your home is restored, we will send all required paperwork to your insurance company in order for them to release any depreciation held back. Once received, you will also sign the check over to Xpress Roofing, LLC
